Inspec & Inspec Archive

Inspec is an abstracting and indexing database for physics, electrical engineering, electronics and computer science information. Produced by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), its 11 million specially-selected records are precise, targeted and relevant.

When Inspec is accessed on Engineering Village, users can save time and boost their productivity. Searching Inspec on Engineering Village allows users to save their searches along with results from other databases. Email alerts and RSS feed options also provide users with updates in their chosen areas of interest when new information is added to Inspec.
