Service Annoucement: Ei Infrastructure Upgrade - 4/27/2005
Over the coming weeks, Ei will be upgrading our technology infrastructure to continue to provide best in class technology, security and reliability while staying ahead of customer demand as our user base continues its rapid growth. A completely new, state-of-the-art hosting environment has been built at the LexisNexis data center in Dayton, Ohio dedicated to Ei's products.
While current infrastructure performance is exceptional and downtimes minimal, the physical and technological security offered by our new hosting environment provides even greater assurance that Ei products will continue to perform throughout times of exceptional demand, power outages, extreme weather conditions and other unexpected events.
This changeover will take place beginning May 2, 2005 and continue through the end of the month. Service and product performance are not expected to be impacted during this time period. Services will be running simultaneously in Hoboken and Dayton during this switchover, and from a customer and user perspective we expect this change to be seamless.
