New York, N.Y., 25 January 2006 - Engineering Information (www.ei.org ) announces the selection of the Engineering Village 2 discovery platform as a finalist in the Software and Information Industry Association's (SIIA) 21st annual CODiE Awards. The CODiE Awards hold the distinction of being the only peer-recognition awards program of its kind in the industry, providing a unique opportunity for companies to earn the praise of their competitors.

Engineering Village 2™ has been selected as a finalist in the categories of "Best Online Science or Technology Service" and "Best Content Aggregation Service."
