In the inaugural issue, we examined how librarians, researchers, and professionals are using Web 2.0 tools to accomplish their research goals. Ei's Director of Technology, Joel Bernstein, explained how his team has integrated features like tagging into EV to faciliate collaboration. Jay Bhatt, Drexel University's Engineering Librarian, spoke to Ei's Alicia Burns about how he uses social networking tools such as Facebook to engage engineering students.
